Can I save my cart and come back to it later?

Your cart will remember the styles you’ve added, but heads up—it doesn’t reserve stock for you. If you leave your cart open or minimised and come back later, the availability might change by then. When you’re ready to check out, your cart will update

How do I use my gift card?

When you buy a gift card on our website, the card number will be emailed straight away—to you or directly to the lucky person you want to gift it to. To use it, just pop the gift card number into the “Discount code or gift card” box at checkout. Easy

When does my gift card expire?

Your gift card automatically expires 24 months from the date of purchase. Any money left on the card will become null and void at this time.

What do I do if my discount code did not apply during payment?

If your discount code didn’t work at checkout, no worries – just reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll help you sort it! Keep in mind, though, most discount codes can't be stacked.

I haven't received my package and believe it may be sent back. What should I do?

Can I order 2 different sizes or colours in the bundles?

While our online store doesn’t support ordering two different sizes for bundles or mixing colours, we’d love to help! Just shoot us an email at [email protected] with the colours and sizes you're after, and we’ll be happy to process

My order hasn't dispatched yet, can I change it?

Where can I see and try on your shoes?

The best place to view and try on our full range is at our holster boutique in Noosa, where we stock every style. While our shoes are also available at stockists across Australia, they do not carry the entire range. If you’re after a particular style
