Sadly, we don’t offer repairs, but don't worry – we’re always happy to assess a claim outside of warranty on a case by case basis! Just email us at [email protected] and attach a few pics of your shoes. 

Lost a jewel or broke a buckle? We might be able to send a replacement part, so snap a shot of the shoe, and we’ll see what we can do!
