Our EVA slides are made from expanding foam, and due to the nature of the EVA air foam injection (which is what makes our shoes so soft and light), there can occasionally be slight variations in sizing. While our factory aims to keep this variance within 3mm, sometimes a pair may slip through with a larger difference.

If you’ve noticed this with your shoes, please email us at [email protected] with a photo showing the sizing discrepancy. It’s also helpful to include a picture of the correctly fitting shoes with a tape measure on the sole. We’ll then be able to use this image and assist you in exchanging the incorrectly sized ones for a pair that matches the measurements of the correctly fitting ones.
